So, what do these two treatments involve? 

Photorejuvenation BroadBand Light (BBL®) 

BroadBand Light (BBL®) Phototherapy by Sciton® is a phototherapy procedure known as Forever Young® BBL. It allows us to precisely treat brown and red pigmentation caused by sun damage and aging skin. This treatment can also reduce the flushing of rosacea, and it can be used on the face, neck, chest, and hands. How does BBL work? It releases bursts of light energy that delicately raise the temperature of the skin’s outer layers. This light energy is taken up inside the skin by specific targets, such as tiny, damaged blood vessels responsible for redness, brown spots, or pigmented lesions due to excessive melanin production. This scientific and biological mechanism effectively eradicates the target, thereby removing imperfections from the skin and bringing it back to its innate beauty.
