Restylane®

Restylane is a line of hyaluronic acid-based facial fillers that helps plump your cheeks and lips, and smooth out wrinkles. Restylane is the first cosmetic dermal filler made of the sugar-based hyaluronic acid (HA), which is a naturally occurring sugar found in your body, especially in the connective and neural tissue. The Restylane family of products are versatile fillers which can be used for:

• Lip enhancement and plumping (adding volume and shape)
• Correcting crow’s feet (glabella lines)

What Type of Restylane Do I Need?

Restlylane-L®

Patients who are 21 years of age or older and are noticing wrinkles or fine lines, or patients who would like to have fuller lips may benefit from Restylane-L.

• Areas of Treatment: Facial wrinkles and folds, lips, and mouth.
• Treatment Process: Restylane-L is injected beneath the surface of the skin, and typically patients report a small pinching sensation during treatment.
• Results: Restylane-L’s results last up to 18 months. Patients enjoy subtle fuller lips and smoother lines around the mouth immediately after treatment. Full maximum results tend to appear between 2-3 weeks following treatment.
• Side Effects: Patients may experience mild side effects such as bruising and swelling.

Restylane-Lyft®

This is the first hyaluronic filler approved by the FDA to be used in the hands. Patients who are 21 years of age or older who have cosmetic concerns about their cheeks and smile lines would benefit from Restylane-Lyft. 

• Areas of Treatment: Facial wrinkles and folds, cheeks, and back of the hands.

• Treatment Process: The Restylane-Lyft is injected deep into the fat layers located beneath your skin surface to provide maximum results. 

• Results: Restylane-Lyft adds lift and volume to the Cheeks (last up to 12 months), helps reverse the signs of volume loss in the Back of the hands (lasts up to 6 months), and smooths away Facial wrinkles and folds (lasts up to 6 months).
  
• Side Effects: Possible side effects are bruising, redness, tenderness, and swelling. These symptoms typically only last a few days.

Restylane® Kysse

Add fullness and definition to the lip shape, while improving color and texture. Made with XpresHAn Technology™, an innovative cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) gel created for precise, natural-looking results, you can maintain a full range of expressions.

• Areas of Treatment: Lips and the lines around the upper lip
  
• Treatment Process: Restylane Kysse is injected with an ultra-fine needle into the lips and the lines around the upper lip to temporarily add fullness to the lips and help smooth the wrinkles around the upper lip (perioral lines) in patients over the age of 21.
  
• Results: Fuller, natural-looking lips and improved shape
