Dr. Alok Vij is a distinguished Board-Certified Dermatologist and Fellowship-Trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeon with a passion for providing exceptional patient care. A Texas native, Dr. Vij was born in Brenham and spent his early years in the Houston area before attending Saint John’s School. He graduated with honors from Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science and earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. He then pursued advanced Dermatology training at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, where he completed his residency and a Fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology. 

During his more than eight years on the professional staff at the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Vij served as the Director of the Residency Program and the Section Head of Teledermatology, earning the rank of Associate Professor of Dermatology at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. His research focuses on non-melanoma skin cancers, melanoma, and the integration of emerging technologies to enhance patient care. Dr. Vij has published extensively in top-tier medical journals and textbooks and has presented at national and international Dermatology conferences. He has also contributed to key committees for the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American College of Mohs Surgery. 

Recognized for his dedication to education, Dr. Vij was the first Dermatology resident at the Cleveland Clinic to receive the “Teacher of the Year” award, an honor he earned twice as a faculty member. He has also been named a “Top Doctor” in Cleveland and one of “America’s Top Dermatologists” for multiple years. 

Now back home in Texas, Dr. Vij is excited to serve patients with expert Dermatologic care. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their dog, as well as exploring Austin’s vibrant food scene and traveling in search of new experiences. 

Dr. Mollie Jan is a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Dermatologist committed to providing exceptional care for her patients. Growing up in a military family, she lived in various parts of the country, including Minnesota, New York, Maryland, Hawaii, New Jersey, and Florida, which gave her a broad perspective on patient care and community health. 

Dr. Jan specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of Dermatologic conditions in adolescents and adults, including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, warts, moles, fungal infections, hair and nail disorders, and inflammatory skin conditions. She has a strong clinical focus on the diagnosis and surgical management of skin cancers, ensuring her patients receive the highest standard of care. 

Known for her warm and approachable bedside manner, Dr. Jan has built a loyal following of patients who appreciate her down-to-earth personality and dedication to their well-being. She takes pride in fostering strong patient relationships and prioritizing individualized treatment plans to achieve the best possible outcomes. 

Outside of her practice, Dr. Jan enjoys an active lifestyle in Central Texas with her family, embracing the region’s outdoor activities and vibrant community.
