Melanie Hutto was born in Austin and grew up in Pflugerville. Her love for helping people feel good in their own skin is what inspired her to become an Aesthetician. She received her Aesthetician License from The Academy at Austin (a Paul Mitchell Partner), her Laser Technician License from Austin Community College, and her Aesthetician Instructor License from the Ann Webb Skin Institute.

She has 12 years of experience, specializing in all-things laser, including laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing), and SkinPen®. Melanie is certified in cosmetic injectables, including BOTOX® Cosmetic, peels, laser hair removal, SkinPen, CoolSculpting®, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion. 

When she’s not in the office, Melanie enjoys the outdoors. She loves to kayak, hike, Camp Gladiator, and hang out with her family and two dogs.

Excision performed by Dr. Phillips to remove a large subcutaneous scallop shaped cyst from my mid-back went perfect. From topical anesthesia - to removal - to stitching. No pain, no bleeding afterwards. Dr. Phillips and the Nurse were outstanding.

I have been coming to Dr. Jan for at least 10 years and now I have to drive 2 hours to see her since I relocated to the Waco area 4 years ago, but she is worth the drive. Her assistant is also wonderful
