We’re extremely excited to announce an amazing new addition to our talented team of Board-Certified Dermatologists, Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeons, Licensed Aestheticians, and Skilled Skin Care Providers at Vitalogy Skincare.
Please join us in giving a warm Central Texas welcome to Kim Phillips, MD, a Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon, and Board-Certified Dermatologist. She is also skilled in cosmetic dermatology including fillers, injectables, chemical peels, and laser surgery.
Phillips spent 10 years on staff at the Mayo Clinic and has authored papers and chapters in books on skin cancer. She’s also a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and the American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS) and since completing her training in 1992, she has treated over 125,000 patients with skin cancer.
As if this long list of accomplishments wasn’t enough, Phillips was selected by her peers as one of the “Best Doctors in America.”
From about the age of two, she knew she wanted to be a Physician. By middle school, Phillips developed an interest in Dermatology. Phillips told us, “After spending a day in the Mohs Surgery Unit in my medical school’s Department of Dermatology, I knew that dermatologic surgery, Mohs micrographic surgery, and treating complex skin cancer were right for me.”
