Rebecca L. Martin, PA-C

Rebecca is a certified physician assistant specially trained in dermatologic care and wellness. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Florida where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Rebecca earned a Master’s of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University, where she was honored with the Chancellor’s Award for Top Overall PA Student.

Rebecca began working in dermatology in 2011, and is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to her patients. She is trained in diagnosing, treating and prescribing appropriate medical therapy for all types of skin conditions ranging from chronic acne and eczema to melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers. Rebecca believes in empowering her patients through education so that they can make informed decisions about their healthcare. She is skilled in performing medical procedures such as shave biopsies, punch biopsies, cryotherapy, and surgical excisions of both benign and malignant skin lesions.

Rebecca also enjoys the cosmetic aspect of dermatology and is skilled in administering BOTOX® Cosmetic and a variety of dermal fillers including the Juvederm and Restylane product lines. Rebecca is also experienced in administering Kybella, an injectable product that destroys fat cells under the chin to create a better profile. She focuses on individual treatment plans to achieve soft, natural looking results for her patients.

Rebecca is certified by the National Commission of Physician Assistants and licensed to practice medicine and prescribe medications by the Texas Medical Board. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Born and raised in rural Montana, Rebecca spent over 10 years in Florida before moving to Texas in 2013. She enjoys family time in the warmer climates of the South with her husband and two children.
